An application form suitable for use by employers on new hires. We also recommend the attached form be used for pre-employment investigations done by our agency.

A helpful release to be signed by the subject for the conducting of certain investigations.

A summary of your rights under the FCRA. Usually required to give to an employee or a potential employee subject to a background check.
